On the new ipad, when I tap on NB in the Purchased section it again does NOT give me the option to update, but instead the button says “OPEN” (not “UPDATE”) and when I tap on the Open button, it opens the currently installed version of NB (8.10.11), i.e., it does not update to 8.11.5 On the old ipad, when I tap on NB in the Purchased section it does NOT even give me the option to update, instead tells me something like “the app is not in the store, removed by the developer” (just as for Jim Anderson). I have two iPads, an old iPad Air 1, running iOS 12.4.4, and a new 2019 ipad, running iOS 13.3, both devices running NB 8.10.11. Please check the Apple Store, something seems to be very wrong. More on that will follow in a separate post. We have implemented methods in Notebooks 8 and Notebooks 10 to make that a quick and painless process without any need to duplicate documents. If you have been using Notebooks 8, you may want to migrate your existing documents to Notebooks 10 right away or at some later stage.
